Mahakal temple's boundary wall collapses in Ujjain, several feared trapped

NEW DELHI: In Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, a boundary wall of the Mahakal Temple has collapsed due to intense rainfall. It was suspected that multiple individuals were trapped beneath the rubble.
The collapsed structure was the wall of the Maharajwada building, situated near gate number 4 of the Mahakal temple complex.
According to Ujjain SP Pradeep Sharma, the incident claimed the lives of two people, a male and a female, who were crushed under the fallen wall.Additionally, two other individuals sustained injuries and are currently receiving medical treatment at a nearby hospital.

The deceased were identified as Farhin 22 of jaisinghpura and Ajit Yogi, 27, of Shiv Shakti Nagar. Two others, Sharda (40) and Roohi (3), were rushed to Bombay hospital in Indore for treatment.
