The problem that increases in people whose age is less than 20 years is called premature gray hair problem. Increasing deficiency of melanocytes in hair follicles causes gray hair.

According to the National Institute of Health, the main reason for premature graying of hair is considered to be genetics. Apart from this, the effect of free radicals also increases this problem. In this regard, Ayurveda expert Dr. Ankur Tanwar says that Omega 3 fatty acids are found in nigella seeds. With this, dryness increasing on the scalp can be reduced. The amount of thymoquinone present in it helps in hair growth by increasing the number of cells. Linoleic acid is also found in it, which provides relief from gray hair by reducing the effect of melanin. Whereas in Ayurveda, Bhringraj is called Kesharaj. This helps in keeping the hair black and thick by preventing infection from growing in it.

According to the National Institute of Health, anti fungal and hair darkening properties are found in Bhringraj. This starts solving the problem of white hair and dandruff caused by fungal colonization can also be reduced.

1. Maintain the natural color of hair

The amount of fatty acids present in it helps in nourishing the roots, thereby reducing the effect of melanin in the hair and the natural pigment can be maintained. Apart from this, the deficiency of copper, protein and vitamins in hair is fulfilled.

These herbs, rich in antimicrobial properties, help in repairing cells, thereby boosting hair growth. Also, the risk of scalp infections due to seasonal changes reduces. Applying natural hair mask twice a week increases the strength of hair.

4. Reduce dandruff

Lack of oiling and increase in oxidative stress start causing dry scalp. Due to this one has to face the problem of dandruff in hair. Kalonji and Bhringraj hair mask, rich in antimicrobial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties, makes hair soft and healthy.

Follow these steps to prepare Kalonji and Bhringraj hair mask.

  • To make this, first of all roast the nigella seeds present in the kitchen on a pan. After that make its powder.
  • After that, put nigella powder in a bowl and add Amla powder and Bhringraj powder in it.
  • Mix thick curd as required in the powder and prepare a thick paste from it.
  • To soften the hair, apply the mask from the roots to the length and leave the hair covered.
  • Leave it on the hair for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash the hair with the help of mild shampoo.
  • Apply this mask once or twice a week and apart from darkening the hair, it also helps in increasing the density.
